FANIX TERMS OF SERVICE

By becoming a member of our site, you accept, declare and undertake that you have read the user agreement, understood its content and accepted and approved its provisions.

1. Parties

This Fanix Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as 'Terms of Service'), consisting of this agreement and the documents referenced in the agreement and forming an integral part of the agreement, has been drawn up between Fanix and the User who is a member of the Site, for the purpose of the User's membership to the Site and at the moment when the agreement is approved by the User in the electronic environment where the relevant Site is located. All Fanix users are deemed to have accepted the "Terms of Service" announced here.

2. Definitions

Fanix is a "Counter Strike 2" game add-on. In this agreement, the Fanix program will be briefly referred to as "program", the Counter Strike Global Offensive game will be briefly referred to as "game" and www.fanixcheat.com will be referred to as "site". A real or legal person who is a member of the Site and benefits from the services offered on the Site under the conditions specified in this agreement is referred to as "user".

3. Subject and Scope of the Agreement

The subject of the Terms of Service is the determination of the services offered on the Site, the conditions for benefiting from these Services and the rights and obligations of the parties. The scope of the Terms of Service includes all warnings, writings and explanations made by Fanix regarding use, membership and Services within the Site, including this agreement and its annexes.

4. Membership and Service Usage Terms

a) Membership is completed by the person who wants to become a User sending the necessary information to become a member of the Site from the relevant section of the Site and the registration process being carried out, and the registration process being approved by Fanix.

b) To become a member of the Site, it is necessary to be of legal age and not to have been temporarily suspended from membership or permanently banned from membership by Fanix in accordance with Article 5.2 of this agreement.

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. User's Rights and Obligations

a) The User accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will act in accordance with all the conditions in the Terms of Service while carrying out membership procedures, benefiting from the Site's Services and performing any transaction related to the Services on the Site.

b) The User accepts, declares and undertakes that in cases where it is claimed that the rights of other Users and third parties are violated in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the current legislation, Fanix will be authorized to disclose his/her confidential/private/commercial information to both official authorities and rights holders.

c) The security, storage, keeping away from third parties' knowledge and use of the system access tools (User name, password, etc.) used by Users to benefit from the Services provided by Fanix are entirely the responsibility of the Users.

d) Users accept, declare and undertake that the information and content they provide within the Site are correct and in compliance with the law.

e) Users cannot transfer, partially or completely, the rights and obligations under the Terms of Service to any third party without Fanix's written consent.

f) Those who benefit from the Services provided by Fanix and use the Site can only perform transactions on the Site for lawful purposes.

g) The program provided under the terms of this agreement is subject to a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license for your personal use only.

5.2. Fanix's Rights and Obligations

a) Fanix reserves the right to change the services and content offered on the Site at any time.

b) Fanix is not responsible for typographical errors in the prices of products on the Site.

c) Fanix reserves the right to edit/remove products on the site.

d) The developers, publishers and administrators of the program do not accept responsibility for any damage, material or moral loss that may occur during the installation and use of the program.

e) This program is prepared for use in offline games for the purpose of training yourself in the mentioned game and/or testing the features of the game.

f) The publishers of the program try to keep the program ready for use at all times.

g) Site management can delete a user's account at any time when it observes behavior that violates laws or program rules, or without showing any reason.

g) The account of the person who abuses bugs in the software and gains unfair advantage as a result may be closed.

h) The accounts of those who mislead other users by using the same or similar username as one of the people in site management, causing material/moral damage to management or individuals, are closed.

i) The developers, publishers and administrators of the program do not accept responsibility for material and/or moral damages arising from the use of this program and website.

j) Fanix can provide support or forum services to users. These services are subject to rules.

k) Fanix can make changes to the user agreement.

l) The user must enter the information requested by the payment system correctly while performing the payment transaction.

m) Fanix is not responsible for possible delays, transmission problems, incomplete transmission, etc. in the praise and report bot services on the Fanix site.

n) The codes and add-ons contained in the program may be detected as viruses by various security programs (antivirus programs, etc.).

o) The program makes various changes on users' computers.

u) Users are responsible for ensuring the security of the game accounts they purchased from the site.

p) Users are deemed to have accepted the risks and consequences of the services they purchase using our services.

r) Fanix cannot be held responsible in any way if the game account purchased after payment cannot be delivered, is delivered incompletely, or if there is a problem with the account.

s) Users are deemed to have accepted that "Unlimited" subscriptions purchased from the site will remain active until the site's activities are terminated.

6. Product Cancellation and Refund Terms

a) According to the regulation under the Turkish Republic Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the right of withdrawal is not granted for services that are performed instantly.

7. Our Privacy Policy

a) Fanix does not sell, rent or use in any way the personal data provided by site visitors through forms on the site to third parties.

8. Other Provisions

8.1. Intellectual Property Rights

a) All elements of the Site are owned by Fanix and/or used under license rights obtained by Fanix from a third party.

b) All assets of Fanix, including Fanix information, Fanix copyrighted works, Fanix trademarks, Fanix commercial appearance or all types of material and intellectual property rights acquired through the Site, are reserved.

8.2. Agreement Changes

Fanix reserves the right to change this Terms of Service unilaterally and at its sole discretion, at any time it deems appropriate, by announcing it on the Site.

8.3. Force Majeure

In all cases considered as 'force majeure' by law, Fanix is not obliged to perform any of the obligations determined by this Terms of Service late, incompletely or not at all.

8.4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Turkish Law will be applied in the implementation, interpretation and management of legal relations arising within the scope of this Terms of Service.

8.5. Termination of the Agreement

This Terms of Service will remain in force as long as the User is a member of the Site and will continue to produce its provisions and consequences between the parties.

9. Warranty Policy

In order for the User to benefit from the warranty, he/she must have opened a new account and defined the "Unlimited Software" package.

10. Privacy Principles and Policy
